文句注釋

a fussy young man
一個挑惕的小孩（愛鬧）﹔fussy 是容易生氣或是很難滿足的。在廣播裡，我誤將這個字與另外一個字fuzzy混用。fuzzy 是焦點模糊的，或是沒有固定邏輯的。

Cap'n Crunch
就是 Captain Crunch，貴格公司在六０年代出品的營養早餐。Crunch 是咬下脆的食物時發出的聲音。

Raisin Bran
應該指的是Kellogg's 公司出品的營養早餐。raisin 是葡萄乾，bran 是麥麩；raisin bran 也是蛋糕食譜常見的組合。

在麥可‧傑克森的原曲Beat It裡，beat it 是一句俗語，意思是「走開」、「閃」。在這裡 it 代表的是句子裡的「蛋」，beat 則是當作一般的動詞「打」的意思。怪人艾爾故意要在歌詞裡弄這個雙關語的玩笑。
